Luis Roberto Cuellar
Softtek Director for Quality and Innovation

With 26 years of experience in the Software Industry, Luis Cuellar is currently responsible for Process Quality and Innovation areas within Softtek. He oversees change management and the implementation of a process-oriented culture, including a definition of organizational strategy, internal BPM strategy, innovation strategy and the successful implementation of CMM, CMMi, Six Sigma, ITIL, ISO9000 PSP/TSP as basis of competition and efficiency in Softtek’s offices worldwide.

Luis holds a bachelor of science degree from Monterrey’s Institute of Technology and is a member of the Science and Technology Council of Nuevo Leon in Monterrey, Mexico. He is a member of the American Society of Quality where he obtained “Quality Manager,” “Software Engineer” and “Six Sigma Black Belt” certifications. He has also given several conferences in Software Engineering and Quality both in Mexico and the US.
